What it is About?: Our Parish Scripture Study is a weekly time to explore the scriptures for the upcoming week's Mass.  We allow the Spirit to speak to us through the Word and place that word in dialogue with our own lives and with the Church's thousands of years of Tradition in interpreting Divine Revelation.

What Happens?: We begin with a prayer and a volunteer reads one of the passages we will explore.  A free discussion follows where anyone who wishes can ask questions and share how the passage has touched them and has meaning for their lives.  Fr. Steve facilitates the open discussion and helps by providing historical information, and insights from commentaries regarding the passages, where helpful.

Who Can Come?: ANYONE.  There is no need to sign up, and the meetings do not require that you have been at prior studies.  Just come and feel free to bring a friend.

Where and When?: The Scripture Study is on temporary hiatus and will resume meeting after the first of the year on TUESDAYS from 6:30-8:00pm in the hall under the Holy Rosary Church building at 135 Nichols Street.  Hope to see you there!
